Sea Buckthorn & Orange Shampoo Bar for dry hair

Sodium Cocyl Isethionate is a very gentle surfactant (cleanser) that is derived from coconuts and is therefore palm oil free. SCI produces great lather, is very mild and has a soft and silky feel in use.

Coconut Milk has moisturising effects on hair due to its fatty acid profile. These fatty acids can restore dry hair and condition damaged hair.  It can also promote hair growth.

Panthenol, also known as pro-vitamin B5, is a strengthening and moisturising conditioner for the hair.  It acts as a humectant, absorbing moisture from the air and penetrates deep into the hair shaft, improving resistance to mechanical stress. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which make it soothing for sensitive or irritated skin.

Sea Buckthorn Oil has high levels of essential fatty acids, Vitamins E and A which makes it a super nourishing oil that can help support scalp health. The high levels of Vitamin E can help with scalp circulation and supports hair conditioning and growth.

Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Sorbic Acid is a naturally derived broad spectrum preservative blend that has ECOCERT and COSMOS status (meaning it is certified as natural / organic). We think it’s really important to include a preservative in all our shampoo and conditioner bars as they are designed to get wet and could easily grow bacteria and mould in your shower.

pH Balanced Our shampoo bars are pH balanced to suit your hair and scalp. There isn’t a transition time needed with our bars! Just use them like a 'normal' liquid shampoo and get on with the rest of your day.

Sulfate Free We have chosen to avoid harsh sulfates. Instead we have selected gentler cleansers, kind to your hair and scalp. All our bars are suitable for colour treated hair.

Vegan We don’t need to add any animal products into our shampoo bars, so we don’t! Perfect for vegans, vegetarians and people trying to avoid animal products.

Cruelty Free We never test on animals, only ourselves and willing humans. Rest assured we use cruelty free ingredients in our shampoo bars too!

Plastic free We’re helping you to remove bottles from your haircare routine, one shampoo bar at a time! Instead of plastic, we package our shampoo bars in aluminium tins that can be reused or recycled.

Refill option available We don’t recommend storing your bars in a tin when they’re still wet. So you might not actually need the tin at all. How about a refill option? We’ll package your bar in a paper bag instead. The bags are 'glassine' paper which has no coatings, making it easy to recycle or compost.
