Borage Oil is a wonderful oil for skincare. It contains high levels of GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid) which helps regenerate and rejuvenate the skin's barrier function, maintaining elasticity. Borage oil also contains linoleic acid which helps to prevent wrinkles and premature aging. Ellagic acid supports the production of collagen, preventing its breakdown and regenerating skin cells. Ferulic acid, an antioxidant more effective than vitamin E, protects and soothes damage caused by sun and weather.
Apricot Oil has fantastic emollient, nourishing and revitalising properties. It is a lovely light oil, with high vitamin E content, providing free radical protection and antioxidant properties. It is anti-inflammatory, soothing and supports the barrier function of the skin.
Marshmallow Root is a very useful medicinal herb, it is an emollient and reduces skin inflammation.
Bergamot Essential oil is fresh and uplifting. It has antidepressant qualities and can help treat anxiety and relieve pain.
Grapefruit Essential oil is a wonderfully energizing oil. It has a pleasant sweet, yet tangy aroma that is not overpowering.

What is 'normal' skin?
If you’re lucky enough to have normal skin, it is generally well balanced. You may have a bit of an oily T-zone on your forehead, nose and chin. Overall your moisture and sebum levels are balanced and your skin is not too oily or too dry.

How do I apply Nourish Face Oil?
Apply instead of (or alongside) your usual moisturiser.
1. Apply 3-4 drops of Nourish Face oil to the palm of your hand.
2. Rub hands together and gently massage into clean skin on your face and neck, inhaling the aromatic scent to relax your mind and enhance your mood.
If you have time, why not give yourself a lovely relaxing face massage? Do this by using the oil on a damp face or mix a few drops with some water in your palm. The water will allow it to spread smoothly and the oil will lock in the extra moisture.
If you are planning to use both a face oil and a moisturiser: We’d recommend applying the moisturiser first and locking in the moisture with your face oil on top.
You can add a few drops to your favourite face mask to give your skin an added boost.
