Calendula (marigold) has been known for generations as an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing herb that can help alleviate a range of skin conditions. Calendula is one of our favourite botanicals here at Boo!

Cocoa butter from the African Cocoa tree is pressed from the cocoa bean in the manufacture of cocoa and chocolate products. Unrefined cocoa butter retains a lot of the chocolate scent. Cocoa butter is widely used in skincare products as it imparts luxurious feeling protection to skin, becoming a barrier to trans epidermal water loss.

Lemon Essential oil has a cheerful scent, is fresh and invigorating, lifting the mood when you need positivity. It has antiseptic properties, defending against bacteria and viruses, killing germs.

Lime Essential oil has antiseptic properties, helping to heal cold sores, insect bites, cuts and scrapes.  Like lots of the citrus oils it is an uplifting oil, refreshing and stimulating, relieving stress, exhaustion and anxiety.
